MY ZURI TRAINING EXPERIENCE SO FAR

I was with my friends from New Horizons Ikeja when one of them suddenly asked out of the blue if we had heard of Zuri training. All of us blanked out. “What is it about?” i asked curious while the rest of us looked on eagerly.

“It’s a free online training to basically learn how to code and its online for about 4months” he replied. I am sending you guys the link he said now he said while pressing his phone.

“Send the link let’s see what it is about and check it out” we replied. And that’s how the Zuri’s journey of four friends with strong coding interest began.

Personally, i have interest in data science, Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence so i started learning python and oracle SQL to kick-start my journey. From the channels Zuri has (UI/UX, Mobile, Front-end and Back-end), i chose mobile because i have a beginner’s knowledge of JavaScript although i don’t have any real experience with the programming language.

In the past ten days since joining Zuri, i have caught up with the orientation classes, read the rule book, joined and introduced my self on the mobile channel and done a task. I look forward to the training everyday because it is already exciting and can’t wait to see what future classes and task have in store.
